Saving the Southern Wild
August 27th, 2018The Endangered Species Act has aided in saving three coastal species on the brink of extinction. These animals include the Brown Pelican (our state bird), the American Alligator, and the Louisiana Black Bear. Coastal environmentalists fear that with the Trump administration and Congress’s new changes to the law, these species and more will be threatened again.
