What is your education and career background?

Over the last decade, I have not strayed far from education nor non-profits because of my driving motivators of working with youth and developing community.

Why are you passionate about New Harmony?

I am thrilled to play a part in the opening story of New Harmony because of the belief that students should be nurtured to understand how their interests can guide their educational development.

Who was your most influential teacher during high school and why?

My most influential teacher in high school was Ms. Peggy Bordelon because she led a tight ship and held high expectations; and through her classes, I discovered how to foster my own independence under her mentorship.
